Advice & Information Service

Alison Jinks is our friendly Advice Worker who has spent years working within the field of advice and information, including valuable time employed by perhaps the nation’s most readily recognised high street advice service.

• Alison will be very pleased to help with your questions or enquiries.
• Contact Alison at our DAS office by email, telephone or post (mail)
• Appointments for a face to face talk may readily be made if you wish.
• An outreach service will also be offered at venues around the city.
• Alison will do her utmost to help with a range of questions including those about benefits, debt, services, housing, etc
• Your enquiry will be received in a friendly yet professional manner and any conversation will remain private and confidential.
  

Alison Jinks, as the Advice & Information worker for Disability Alliance Sunderland (DAS), will continually work to develop and deliver a high quality, effective and impartial general advice and information service.
This is in line with the Disability Alliance Sunderland (DAS) [formerly the Physical Disabilities Alliance (PDA)] and their commitment as an User Led Organisation (ULO) to help improve the independent living, equality, choice and control for disabled people, their families and carers in the Sunderland area.
